Created in His Image - Trinity, To Know and Worship Him

"To him that has ears to hear, let him hear." (Matthew 11:15,27)

Using a three leaf clover, St. Patrick explained the Trinity of the Godhead, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (John 14:15-27, 1 John 5:7-8) Understanding the Trinity of God may better be understood by explaining the trinity of man, “Spirit, soul and body,” as “created in His Image.” The numerous Scriptures provided below in this resource highlight that it is our spirit that is the means necessary in “knowing” God.

"I Never Knew You:"  “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonderful works in Your name?’ But then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you. Depart from Me, you who practice evil.’ (Matthew 7:21-23)

At that time Jesus said, “I thank You, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to infants. Even so, Father, for it seemed good in Your sight. “All things are delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son, except the Father. And no one knows the Father, except the Son and he to whom the Son will reveal Him. (Matthew 11:25-27)

Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. (Isaiah 59:1-2)

“Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son may also glorify You. As You have given Him authority over all flesh, He will give eternal life to all whom You have given Him. This is eternal life: that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.  (John 17:1-3)

“This wisdom is not of this world.” Paul elaborated on what Jesus declared (John 14): “But God has revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knows no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Ghost teaches; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.” (1 Corinthians 2:6-16) How can we have “the mind of Christ?” The Holy Spirit reveals this throughout Scripture. “Let this mind be in you all, which was also in Christ Jesus...” (Philippians 2:5)

What part of us lives when the body dies? Adam did not become a “living soul” until God “breathed into his nostrils the breath of life” (Genesis 2:7) and though the body dies, Jesus prepares a place for His Followers. (John 11:25-26, 14:1) Paul also declared he would rather be “absent from the body and at home with the Lord.” (2 Corinthians 5:1-10) See also 1 Corinthians 15.)

Paul defines the “whole” man as “spirit and soul and body” (1 Thessalonians 5:23). “The spirit of man is the candle of the Lord searching all the inward parts of the heart” (Proverbs 20:27), referred also as the "inner man" or "hidden man of the heart" (1 Samuel 16:7, Ephesians 3:15-19, 1 Peter 3:4, Ecclesiastes 12:7). Jesus emphasized this (John 4:24, 6:63).

“You have clothed me with skin and flesh and have knit me with bones and sinews” (Job 10:11-13) “But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty gives them understanding. Great men are not always wise: neither do the aged understand judgment. Therefore I say, Listen to me! I will also show my knowledge. ...Who has put wisdom in the inward parts? Or, who has given understanding to the heart?” (Job 32:8-10, 38:36)

Being “Created in His image,” we “must be Born Again in the Spirit” (John 1:13-13, 3:3-7). Paul defined the Kingdom of God Jesus proclaimed throughout His Ministry: "For the Kingdom of God is not food and drink, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit." (Romans 14:17)

When He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation. Nor will they say, ‘Here it is!’ or ‘There it is!’ For remember, the kingdom of God is within you.” (Luke 17:20-21)  “All things are delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son, except the Father. And no one knows the Father, except the Son and he to whom the Son will reveal Him.” (Matthew 11:27, 1 Corinthians 2:6-16)

On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water.” By this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believe in Him would receive. For the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. (John 7:37-39)

“I have yet many things to tell you, but you cannot bear them now. But when the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth. (John 16:12-13)  Then said Jesus to them again, “Peace be unto you: as my Father has sent me, even so send I you.” And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: (John 20:21-21)

Consider Peter who denied Christ after the Day of Pentecost: “Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marveled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.” (Acts 4:13)

There is only One Way to KNOW the Father - by KNOWING Jesus (John 14:9)

There is only One Way to KNOW Jesus - by KNOWING the WORD. (John 1:1,14)

There is only One Way to KNOW the WORD - by having the Spirit reveal the WORD. (1 Corinthians 2:10-16)

There is only One Way to HAVE the Spirit - Be born again of the Spirit (John 3:3-6)

There is only One Way to be filled with the Spirit - Baptism in the Holy Spirit (John 1:33, Acts 19:2-7)

Acts 19:2 - Have you received the Holy Spirit since you believed?

Know also there is a difference between receiving the Holy Spirit and being filled with the Holy Spirit. There is only One Way to receive and have the Spirit: To be born again of the Spirit (John 3:3-6). There is only One Way to be filled with the Spirit: Baptism in the Holy Spirit (John 1:33, Acts 19:2-7)

Trinity of the Godhead and trinity of man:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ... And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Fat02her,) full of grace and truth. --John 1:1,14

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. 1 John 5:7-8

Matthew 3:16 - And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him...

For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily... --Colossians 2:9

Philip said unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it will suffice us. Jesus said unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet have you not known me, Philip? he that has seen me hath seen the Father; and how can you say then, Show us the Father? Don't you believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwells in me, he does the works. --John 14:8-10

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit... --Matthew 28:19

I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. --1 Thessalonians 5:23

What did Jesus implore us to "seek first?"

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. --Matthew 6:33

What is the "Kingdom of God?

Jesus preached and proclaimed the "Kingdom of God" which leads to salvation. Understanding the "Kingdom of God" that Jesus preached, not salvation, is necessary for our understanding.

Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said to you, You must be born again. --John 3:5-7

The Apostle Paul provided the definition for the "Kingdom of God" in Romans 14:17. "For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost."

Luke 4:18-19 -"The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me because He has anointed Me to preach Good News to the repentant, He has sent Me to preach release to captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to send release to the oppressed, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord."

Empowered By The Holy Spirit - By  Derek Prince - Have you ever considered the fact that Jesus needed the Holy Spirit, just as we do? Jesus never took credit for Himself, but attributed His whole ministry to the presence of the Holy Spirit. ...If Jesus needed the Holy Spirit, surely we do! Nothing can take His place.

...The first and most significant fact about the Holy Spirit is that He a Person, a very important Person! It is absolutely essential for believers to embrace this truth. He is not just an influence, a doctrine, or a theological abstraction. The Holy Spirit is a Person, as real as your own father or mother or son or daughter.
...What Is the Dove Looking For? As the Dove descended over the crowd of people that day, what was He looking for? The Lamb of God. What is the Dove looking for today? He is looking for the nature of the Lamb Jesus' nature. If we cultivate the nature of the Lamb, the Holy Spirit will find us, descend on us, and remain on us. There are three Scriptural characteristics of the nature of a lamb: purity, meekness (humility), and sacrifice, a life laid down. When the Holy Spirit finds that nature in a person, that is where He chooses to settle and remain. He does not approve of arrogance, self-seeking, boastfulness, or aggressiveness. Those are characteristics of the nature of the Beast.

See Baptism in the Holy Spirit - There is a difference between receiving the Holy Spirit and being filled with the Holy Spirit. There is only One Way to HAVE the Spirit - To be born again of the Spirit (John 3:3-6) There is only One Way to be filled with the Spirit - Baptism in the Holy Spirit (John 1:33, Acts 19:2-7)

It is through our spirit is how we receive "the inspiration of the Almighty" and gives us "understanding." Not our flesh or intellect.

Matthew 11:25-30 - At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank You, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because You have hid these things from the wise and prudent, and have revealed them unto babes. Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in Your sight. All things are delivered unto Me of my Father: and no man knows the Son, but the Father; neither knows any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. (See 1 Corinthians 2:11-14) Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Jesus emphasized fulfilling the "Promise of My Father" (Luke 24:49) which was fulfilled on the Day of Pentecost, (Acts 2:1-4) and Peter confirmed the "promise of the Father."

Acts 2:38-39 - Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

Romans 8:8-11 - Paul also emphasized the necessity of having the "Spirit of Messiah": Those who are in the flesh are not able to please God. But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if someone does not have the Spirit of Messiah, this one is not His. And if Messiah is in you, on the one hand your body is dead because of sin, but on the other hand the spirit is alive because of righteousness. And if the Spirit of the One Who raised Y'shua from the dead dwells in you, the One Who raised Messiah from the dead will also make alive your mortal bodies through His Spirit because He abides within you.

Ephesians 3:14-19 - On this account I bend my knees to the Father, from Whom every family in the heavens and on the earth receives its name, so that He would give to you according to the riches of His glory to be strengthened in power by His Spirit working in your inner man, to make the Messiah live in your hearts through faith, when you have been rooted and established in love, so that you would be able to seize, with all the consecrated ones, what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of the Messiah that surpasses our knowledge, so that you would be filled with all the fullness of God.

Paul further declared the importance of having the Holy Spirit in our relationship and the compassion that Jesus has for all men by imploring that we "know no man by the flesh" (2 Corinthians 5:16) indicating we are to consider each person's spirit, which is eternal, and more important than our temporary worldly life.

"Within You:" Man's spirit, the inner man, hidden man of the heart: How to "love your enemy"

Nor will they say, "Here it is!" or "There it is!" For remember, the kingdom of God is within you. --Luke 17:21

O Lord, open my lips, That my mouth may declare Your praise. For You do not delight in sacrifice, otherwise I would give it; You are not pleased with burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; A broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise. --Psalms 51:15-17

Hebrews 6:4 - For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

"God made mankind to be a spirit being in a natural body with a natural mind and a free will. At the time of man's creation, Spirit God breathed life into man." --Ron McGatlin

Our spirit is how God communicates with us and have a relationship and how we can come to "know God" which is "Eternal Life" (John17:3). We cannot "know God" with our "flesh" or our own wisdom. God does not look upon or consider our flesh or intellect (1 Samuel 16:7). He reveals Himself to our spirit (1 Corinthians 2:10-16). We are to worship the Father in spirit and in truth. (John 4:23-14). For we are created in His "image," a spirit, and are clothed with flesh as He revealed to Job, Solomon, Paul and Peter and which Christ Himself proclaimed as the primary teaching throughout His Ministry. "which is in the sight of God of great price."

2 Corinthians 5:16 - "Know no man after the flesh..." What is Paul suggesting with this statement? Are we to consider everyone's "flesh" (appearance), or the spirit of each person as the Lord implored Samuel and as Paul instructs us? When Jesus confronted anyone, His thoughts were His compassion concerning each person's eternity as well as each person's earthly life. "Created in His image" is an eternal. As Christ considers our eternity, we also are to look upon each other as our Lord does by having the compassion for others, as does Christ. How else are we to "love our enemies" as Jesus implored us to do (Matthew 5:43-48)?

Romans 8:8-11 - And those who are in the flesh are not able to please God.

The hallmark ministry of Dr. Charles S. Price, still used by the Holy Spirit to relate the Gospel of the Kingdom. It is not "faith in God," but the "faith of God" in us. Golden Grain Sermons, books, and more. "Faith does not originate in the flesh; neither is it a product of our human reason. Faith is not what we believe. It is not confidence. ...It is not generated by man, for it is IMPARTED BY GOD!" ...(Hebrews 11:3) "through faith we understand." ...Faith must be imparted; we cannot produce it. It is a GIFT OF GOD (1 Corinthians 12:9). It is a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22)."  ("Two Worlds") In "understanding" God's Wisdom, "such understanding only comes by an imparted faith! It is an UNDERSTANDING OF THE SPIRIT rather than of the mind."

Ephesians 3:15-19 - "From Whom every family in the heavens and on the earth receives its name, so that He would give to you according to the riches of His glory to be strengthened in power by His Spirit working in your inner man, to make the Messiah live in your hearts through faith, when you have been rooted and established in love, so that you would be able to seize, with all the consecrated ones, what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of the Messiah that surpasses our knowledge, so that you would be filled with all the fullness of God."

Peter also highlights the importance of what God considers a "great price," and Paul confirms what was revealed by the writer of Ecclesiastes, that "flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God."

1 Peter 3:4 - But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

John 11:25 - Y'shua said to her, "I AM the Resurrection and the Life: the one who believes in Me, even if he would die, he will live."

1 Corinthians 15:50 - "Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither does corruption inherit incorruption."

Ecclesiastes 12:7 - Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

Luke 17:20-21 - And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God comes not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

1 John 4:4 - Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.

Who "inspired" the Word of God? (2 Peter 1:20)

Who "reveals" the Word of God? (Job 32:8-10)

Romans 10:17 - So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Refer to Declaration of Independence and Created in His Image above.

"He that has ears to hear, let him hear." (Matthew 11:15-30)

The sentiments of Martin Luther King Jr. and Frederick Douglass are welcomed and needed, as

Many are using race to divide. At the time of the Declaration of Independence and Thomas Jefferson’s “all men are created equal,” many people of color understood this proclamation and took up arms. The sentiments of Martin Luther King Jr., Frederick Douglass, and Andre Archie  reflect the same.

(See Black Founders - Supporting the Republic & "Patriots of Color"© - in the War of Independence.)

God’s Word is clear on addressing “colorblindness” and “racism.”

o "Know no man after the flesh..." (2 Corinthians 5:16)

o But the Lord said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him (Eliab for David). The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart." (1 Samuel 16:7)

o "Male and female He created them." (Genesis 1:27)

o If "flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God" (1 Corinthians 15:50), but the "spirit" can (Ecclesiastes 12:7), "racism" is a depraved secular trait and counterfeit to Biblical moral virtue.

"Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 2:5)

Considering this is how Jesus looked upon each and every individual where His concerns are for both our worldly and eternal life. The Apostle Paul’s admonition makes it abundantly clear and implores us to “know no man after the flesh.”

"Did you take the Holy Spirit when you believed?"

Acts 2:1-4 - And when the day of Shavuot (Feast of Weeks, called Pentecost) had come they were all in one place together. And a sound came suddenly out of heaven as bringing a violent wind and it filled the whole House where they were sitting and dividing tongues like fire were seen by them and the flames sat upon each one of them, and all were filled by the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages just as the Spirit was giving them to speak out boldly.

Acts 19:1-6 - And it happened while Apollos was in Corinth, after Paul went through the interior parts he went down to Ephesus and found some disciples, and he asked them, "Did you take the Holy Spirit when you believed?" And they said to him, "But in fact we did not hear whether there is a Holy Spirit." So he said, "Then in what name were you immersed?" And they said, "In John's immersion." Then Paul said, "John did immerse an immersion of repentance to the people, saying that they should believe in the One Who was coming after him, that is in Y'shua." And when they heard they were immersed in the name of the Lord Y'shua, and when Paul laid his hands upon them2 the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they were speaking in tongues and they were prophesying. And there were about twelve men.

God's plan is not for you to get into heaven, God's plan is for Him to live in you.

John 14:16-23 - And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees him not, neither knows him: but ye know him; for he dwells with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world sees me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. ...Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

1 Corinthians 3:16-17 - If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple you are. Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?

1 Corinthians 6:19 - What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

Job 10:11-13 - You have clothed me with skin and flesh and have knit me with bones and sinews. You have granted me life and favor and Your visitation has preserved my spirit. And You have hidden these things in Your heart: I know that this is with You.

Job 33:4  The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.

Genesis 2:7 - And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

John 20:22  - He [Jesus] breathed on them, and said unto them, "Receive ye the Holy Ghost:"

John 7:37-39 - And on the final Sabbath day of the feast Y'shua stood and cried out saying, "If anyone would thirst he must continually come to Me and he must continually drink. The one who believes in Me, just as the Scripture said, rivers of living water will flow out from his inner being." (Isaiah 58:11) And He said this about the Spirit, which those who believed in Him were about to take: for the Spirit was not yet given, because Y'shua was not yet glorified.

1 Corinthians 2:7-16 - But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, (Isa. 64:3; 52:15) neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him. But God has revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God. But the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he knows them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

"Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither does corruption inherit incorruption." (1 Corinthians 15:50) The spirit is what "returns unto God" (Ecclesiastes 12:7). The "inner man" (Ephesians 1:17-19, 3:16) of the "hidden heart" (1 Peter 3:4), The "candle of the Lord" (Proverbs 20:27).

Acts 2:37-39 - And when they heard this they were pierced in their hearts. They said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "What could we do, men, brothers?" And Peter said to them, "You must immediately repent, and each of you must immediately be immersed in the name of Y'shua Messiah, for forgiveness of your sins and you will take the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is for you and for your children and for all those in far away places, whomever the Lord our God will call to Himself."

Acts 17:24-25 - The God Who created the world and everything in it, this One, Who is Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in sanctuaries made by human hands. Neither is He served by human hands, as if He needed anything, because He gives life and breath and everything to everyone. From one man He made every nation of men to settle upon all the face of the earth, after He determined fixed times and the boundaries of their habitations.

Discover the many Scriptures outlined below revealing the utmost importance God's Word and Jesus place on understanding "created in his image."

If one is "dead," what lives on?

What is "absent from the body?" How will we "appear before the judgment seat of Christ?"

2 Corinthians 5:1-10 - For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven: If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life. Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit. Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

Ecclesiastes 12:7 - Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

1 Corinthians 15:49-55 - And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither does corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

John 11:25-26 - "I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believes in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?"

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion (fellowship) of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen. 2 Corinthians 13:14
